This page has nothing to do with seamonkeys. It is a tribute to my late pet rabbit, Gilbert.

Gilbert was an Albino rabbit with fluffy, white fur and beautiful pink eyes.
We(mum and I) bought him at just 8 weeks old and it took us 1 hour to decide a name. He cost $50 and when he yawned, we knew we had to get him! I'll love him always and will never forget him.

How Was Gilbert Killed???

Gilbert was killed by my pet cat which I have had since I was about 4 1/2. We had put the hutch out in the family room so we could aply some fly wire to it since the hutch wire would let in a golf ball if someone aimed right. So he was out in the family room for about a day before my cat put his paws in and pulled Gilbert near to him. He then started chewing Gilbert's ears before mum noticed and pulled him away, thus, allowing Spike to rip a hole in Gilbert's stomach, but sadly, mum only noticed this hole when she noticed Gilbert looking abit sick so she picked him up to give him a cuddle and his insides literelly fell out so he was rushed to the vet. Gilbert was given treatment but only lasted a couple of days as he had a hole in his intestine so the food he ate was falling into the bottom of his stomach and he was dying. RIP Gilbert (born 2001- died 2001), you are and always will be much loved.

I'm pleased to inform you that my family has gained a new rabbit called Joseph. Problem is he's become paraplegic and has to pull himself around by his paws. But we still love him! He is in the same hutch as Gilbert was but the wire has been fixed and new wire put over that.
Well, Joseph has just recently been put down. He was depressed and my mum saw no point in keeping him alive any longer which his two "dead" legs. we'll neva forget Jo.
